How to: Blend images together

1. Open the 2 (or more) images you want to blend in together
    (all pictures are from tumblr)
2. Go to the image that you want to blend in with the other, for me it's the image of the person
3. Select the polygonal lasso tool  and/or the magnetic lasso tool and click along the     images you want to make a selection

(if you want to add more selection press shift on your keyboard while you're selecting if you want to deselect  the selection press alt on your keyboard while you're  selecting)
4. Go to Edit > Copy or press Control+C (command+C on mac)
5. Click to the background picture file you want to paste the picture on
6. Go to edit >paste or control+v (command+v on mac)
7. Press ctrl+t or command+t on mac to move the image to the place you want
8. Use and eraser toolto delete the girl's boarder to make it look more realistic
*little tips*
or you can make a selection by press control (or command on mac) on your keyboard and click on the layer picture on your layer panel to make a selection and then go to select > modify > smooth or feather and then press ctrl+shift+i (or command+shift+i on mac) to inverse and press delete to make an image look more blend able.
9. Now we have to make the girl's colour suitable by balance her colours to the background
    here's your option
   - Image > Adjustment > colour balance.. (ctrl+b) to balance colour
   - Image > Adjustment > brightness and contrast.  to adjust brightness and contrast
   - Image > Adjustment > curve (ctrl+m) to adjust brightness
   - Image > Adjustment > Hue/saturation to adjust colours (ctrl+u)
and here's what i did

10. Layer > Merge Visible ( ctrl +shift+e) to merge the picture together
11. redo step 9 to change the whole picture's colour to make them look more blend in together
this is what I used

12. Here's the final picture !
